2023 CGU Webinar | STRIVE Report 2.0

Ongoing

In 2022, CGU delivered our inaugural STRIVE Report with the ambition to empower brokers with critical business insights to support more nuanced insurance conversations with their clients. The CGU STRIVE Report 2.0 is a key deliverable that supports our ambition to elevate the role of brokers as trusted insurance advisors to their clients. With each edition, we aim to look at what has changed and introduce new and emerging themes that have the potential to impact the insurance industry, making it essential reading for all Australians.

We believe that together with our broker partners, CGU can play an active role in customer education and awareness. Which is why we have taken the time to research reputable business and industry publications and seek the contributions of CGU and IAG stakeholders across reinsurance, major events, claims, portfolio and pricing, underwriting, analytics, and supply chain to bring it all together into one comprehensive report. In this edition, we have also included valuable insights from senior broking leaders.

In this presentation, hear from Damien Gallagher, EGM CGU and Pegah Vaghaye, EM Broker Relationships, who have taken the time to unpack the key economic, environmental, geopolitical, and technological shifts that will influence how customers will experience their insurance programs for the next 12 – 18 months.
