## Starting 30 June 2025, eligible employers in NSW will be able to choose a workers compensation Claims Service Provider (CSP) that best suits their business needs and their people. 

#### Employers with an Average Performance Premium (APP) or Group Average Performance Premium (GAPP) of $100,000 or more are eligible when they renew their annual workers compensation policy. 

**More Choice**

There are now six CSPs available, some with specialist expertise in psychological claims. Employers and brokers are encouraged to speak directly with CSPs to find the right fit. 

**Helping Clients Make an Informed Choice**

This information is useful to support brokers in helping their clients to make an informed choice about the provider that is right for them.  

**Timeframe**

If a client wants to choose a new Claims Service Provider, they can do it:

- after receiving their policy renewal
- up to 14 days before their policy renewal date.
