Key Political Update + Celebrating 35 Years of the Young Broker Award

NIBA President Gary Okely, NIBA Vice-President Nick Cook, and Convention Chair and Past President Di Phelan outlined NIBA's strategic direction and addressed challenges in the closing Plenary session.

The highlight of Monday's sessions of the Convention, was The Great Debate, where industry representatives debated the motion: “Insurance brokers must transition to a digital-first model to survive in the next five years.” The winning side was decided by audience vote.
