Workshop 2
In this hands-on session, Steve will teach you a proven four-step framework to craft presentations that capture attention. You’ll explore the powerful Matrix Model to structure your content effectively and learn how to create a compelling opening that hooks your audience from the start. Small group practice will give you the chance to fine-tune your approach and gain confidence in delivering your message clearly.

Workshop 3
Next, Steve will help you master the art of staying calm under pressure using the TCUP method. You’ll learn how to use body language to enhance engagement and how to read and respond to audience cues. With practical strategies for handling questions and real-time feedback, you’ll leave ready to handle anything that comes your way. Steve will help you finalise your prep, ensuring you’re ready for the big presentation ahead!

Workshop 4
The moment has arrived! In this final workshop, you’ll take everything you’ve learned and step up to deliver a 2-minute presentation to the group. With Steve’s guidance, you’ll put your new skills to the test, from crafting your message to mastering your delivery. This is your chance to shine, get real-time feedback, and see your growth firsthand. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with the confidence to deliver impactful presentations in any setting!
