NIBA delivers a diverse program of events across Australia, designed to inform, connect, and support the broking profession. Our state-based events are delivered in conjunction with our Divisional Committees, ensuring locally relevant content and strong community engagement. National events provide opportunities for brokers to come together on a broader scale for learning, recognition, and celebration.

From education and skills development to networking, signature lunches, and our flagship Convention, NIBA events help brokers grow, connect, and contribute to a vibrant profession.

The Gala Lunch Series brings the broking community together across five states to recognise excellence and celebrate community. Delivered alongside our Divisional Committees, each lunch highlights state winners of NIBA’s broker awards and offers an opportunity to connect with peers and partners.

The NIBA Convention is the profession’s flagship national event, bringing brokers from across Australia together for insight, connection, and development. With plenaries, workshops, social events and a dynamic marketplace, the Convention delivers an engaging experience for brokers at every stage of their career.
