the Forum will bring together expertise from across the insurance ecosystem – creating an opportunity for brokers, insurers, claims professionals, legal professionals, service providers and emerging industry talent to learn from one another and connect face-to-face.

Through a dynamic program of expert presentations and panel discussions, the Forum will explore some of the industry's most relevant conversations. Attendees will hear the latest on the evolving industry code landscape, alongside a forward-looking regulatory outlook examining the developments shaping insurance in 2026 and beyond.

The program will also explore The Insurance Evolution – From Certainty to Complexity, considering the changing insurance landscape and what this evolution means for the industry.

Attendees will then be taken through the Life Cycle of a Claim, with a multidisciplinary Tasmanian panel exploring a claim from lodgement through to resolution and the different roles, perspectives and challenges that arise along the way.

To close the forum, a lively Generational Debate will bring different generations of insurance professionals together to explore how the industry is evolving and what its future could look like. With contrasting perspectives and experiences on the table, the session promises to spark conversation and provide an engaging finale to the day's learning.

The conversation will then continue over networking drinks, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with colleagues and peers from across Tasmania's insurance community, exchange perspectives from the day and build new industry relationships.

The result is an afternoon of practical learning, fresh perspectives and meaningful industry connection – providing participants with insights they can take back to their organisations and a broader understanding of the forces shaping the future of general insurance.
