NIBA Announces Caleb Richards as the 2025 National Broker of the Year

The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) announced the winner of the CGU-partnered 2025 National Broker of the Year award at the NIBA Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on the Gold Coast on Tuesday, 21 October.
The 2025 National Broker of the Year was awarded to Caleb Richards from AgriRisk (a Gallagher Company).

The award celebrates the depth of talent within the insurance broking profession, acknowledging an exceptional broker who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and devotion to their clients. A deserving winner is selected from each region: NSW/ACT, Qld, SA/NT, Vic/Tas, and WA, who compete for the National Broker of the Year title.
NIBA CEO Richard Klipin thanked returning award partners CGU for in helping showcase the depth of senior broking talent in the profession. “I would like to thank CGU as returning award partners for the Broker of the Year award.
