NIBA Launches New Website and Member Experience

The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) has unveiled its new-look website and refreshed member experience, marking the next step in its journey to ensure it is a more modern, accessible and future-focused professional body for the insurance broking profession across Australia.

The new digital experience brings to life NIBA’s brand journey towards becoming future-oriented, while honouring more than four decades of leading the profession, empowering brokers to thrive in a rapidly changing risk, regulatory and technological environment.

“This journey is about building on those four decades of leadership, to ensure that NIBA remains a forward-thinking brand and voice,” said NIBA President Nick Cook.

The new website has been designed to make it easier for brokers to connect with NIBA’s services and with each other as part of a growing and engaged community. Informed by the strategic pillars of Advocacy, Representation and Community, and shaped by feedback from members, NIBA’s evolution embraces innovation and aims to secure a strong future for the insurance broking profession.

Some of the key enhancements for NIBA members include clearer navigation of the website, more streamlined access to education and events, a more intuitive member login experience, and improved visibility of NIBA’s advocacy, thought leadership and policy work on behalf of the profession.

This is the latest step in NIBA’s journey, with the purpose of remaining the trusted and unified voice of the insurance broking profession, while aligning with its long-term strategy to serve members better. It builds on the rollout of the association’s new brand, which was unveiled earlier in the year.

“Embracing innovation is a must to be relevant and impactful. Through its evolution, NIBA has shown it is ready to lead the profession through the challenges that lie ahead. Our new website and member experience are the digital front door to the future: clearer to navigate, more engaging, and built around brokers’ needs,” said NIBA CEO Richard Klipin.

The new platform provides a more contemporary look and feel for members. It also creates a stronger foundation for ongoing iterative enhancements, including more personalised communication and enhanced member services, such being able to listen to select magazine articles as an audiobook, and other exciting additions.
