As outlined in the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice (the Code), brokers play an integral role in claims handling and management, working closely with insurers and clients. The 2024 NIBA Claims Broker of the Year Award recognises professionals who have consistently demonstrated outstanding performance in this critical area of expertise.
