With the ‘Insure Your Future’ website now live, we call on your support and engagement to help change the conversation around the many possibilities in insurance broking.
‘Insure Your Future’ (IYF) aims to change the perception of insurance broking by sharing the benefits and opportunities within the profession with as many people as possible. This can only be done with your support.
Step 1: We kindly request your support in interacting with our posts on LinkedIn to amplify our reach. Share our posts with your network or when talking about the benefits or opportunities you experience as a broker. Make sure you tag the IYF page so we can share it with our network. You can follow the ‘Insure Your Future’ LinkedIn page here.
💡TIP: Remember, the target audience for these posts is non-brokers, so you may want to think about the language and tone used. Keep the language as simple as possible, and avoid jargon as much as possible.
Step 2: Register your business to be displayed on our Employer Directory. This feature facilitates direct connections between prospective talent and NIBA members, benefiting both parties. Visitors to the IYF site can personalise their search by filtering the directory based on state or opportunity type, helping them reach the most relevant businesses in their region and those offering what they’re looking for.
💡TIP: Similarly to the LinkedIn posts, the visitors to the Directory are not prospective clients or brokers themselves, so think about how you may want to position your company’s description that will be featured in the Employer Directory. You may want to talk about the opportunities for prospective employees, progression opportunities or a recent case study instead of including a standard business bio.
