Nominations are now open for the 2024 Young Broker of the Year Award
Nominations for the 2024 NIBA Young Broker of the Year Award have opened, with longtime partner Vero supporting the award for its 35th year.
Shining a spotlight on exceptional broking leaders of tomorrow under the age of 35, the Young Broker of the Year Award represents the pinnacle of achievement for the young broking community, recognising emerging brokers who have gone above and beyond, standing out due to their commitment to self-development and upholding high standards of professionalism.
Five winners are selected from their respective regions, comprising of NSW/ACT, Qld, SA/NT, Vic/Tas and WA. These five winners then go on to compete for the prestigious title of the National Young Broker of the Year.
Thanks to Vero, the five winners from their respective regions will receive a Professional Development Program combined with a Young Brokers Alumni Experience and engage in the 2024 NIBA Convention.
The winner will be revealed at the 2024 NIBA Convention held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from 20 – 22 October and walk away with the Warren Tickle trophy.
The national winner of the 2024 Young Broker of the Year will receive a tailored learning experience up to $10,000. Some of the previous national winners’ prizes have included a trip to London to experience the international broking market and a study program at the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Connecticut (USA).
Highlighting what sets the award program apart, the 2023 Young Broker of the Year Taylor Burstow said, “This program not only fosters a strong bond with fellow state winners but also imparts lasting lessons crucial for one's entire career.”
