In a significant move late last year, the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) unveiled a game-changing talent attraction initiative called 'Insure Your Future’. Designed to attract the next generation of future leaders to the insurance broking profession, ‘Insure Your Future’ is the first initiative to focus solely on the general insurance broking industry.  

This forward-thinking initiative is set to be complemented by a new website and resource materials tailored for both prospective jobseekers and brokers aspiring to attract and retain skilled professionals.    

Scheduled to make its debut in mid-February, the ‘Insure Your Future’ website aims to become the go-to destination for anyone curious about a career in insurance broking. It will be a comprehensive resource hub, offering insights into various roles within the industry, career pathways, testimonials and interviews with seasoned broking professionals, and an exclusive employer register for those eager to embark on their journey.   

The employer directory is unique feature available exclusively to NIBA members. The directory serves as an invaluable platform for brokers to showcase their companies to untapped pools of talent eager to venture into the insurance broking profession. The directory will also serve as a valuable resource for individuals seeking more information about insurance broking or exploring entry points into the industry.
