One week on from the launch of the new ‘Insure Your Future’ website, we wanted to spotlight a feature which provides added value for NIBA members. Presenting the Employer Directory, where through IYF prospective talent can connect directly with the talent and HR teams within your business.  

To register for the Employer Directory, follow the below easy steps: 

• Provide a bio marketing yourself as a business to the prospective site visitors; 
• Provide a link to your website or careers page; 
• Provide up to two contacts within the business for talent to get in touch with.  

Visitors to the IYF site can then filter the Employer Directory by state, type of opportunity and key words to ensure they find opportunities suitable for them whether they are a new graduate or someone looking to make a career change. 

The Employer Directory is an asset for prospective employers and talent. Prospective employers can tap into a new talent pool and showcase their business in the best light to attract talent. On the other hand, those interested in the profession can know more about relevant opportunities that might suit them all in one place. It will help foster stronger connections between prospective talent and businesses.
