A once-in-a-lifetime leadership experience for the national winner
The national winner for Broker of the Year will be a beneficiary of an envious leadership program that will take their professional expertise to the next level. The national winner will undertake a four-day executive education course at the NYU Stern Business School during the period of April-June 2025.
A curated leadership program for our state winners
Exclusively designed for our state winners, our cohort will participate in a transformative leadership program that aims to foster a deep understanding of Ngarrindjeri country and its Indigenous partner organisations through guided regional tours, exclusive insights, and a unique interactive experience with an exceptional Indigenous organisation in the Lower River Murray region of South Australia.
The CGU and JAWUN Ngarrindjeri Country Immersive Experience and Capability Building Workshop will stretch the cohort's leadership capability by helping them develop a comprehensive understanding of Indigenous enterprises' challenges.
During the program, participants will collaborate to conduct an interactive insurance workshop that aims to empower Indigenous businesses with comprehensive insurance education and business insights. The primary focus will be on learning how to safeguard their enterprises and effectively adapt as they evolve.
This leadership program will enable our state winners to develop cultural understanding, enhance their leadership capabilities, and contribute to empowering Indigenous businesses through collaborative education and resource development.
